Returns & Refunds Policy

At KSBN Industrial and Power Solutions, customer satisfaction and long-term product reliability are at the core of our service. Our products are primarily bespoken, made-to-order machines and equipment, and as such, our returns and refund processes are structured for fairness while reflecting the customized nature of your purchase.

1. Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)

  • Most of our machines and equipment are custom-built to your specifications and cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun.​

  • Exceptions may be made if there is a major manufacturing defect that cannot be resolved through repair or replacement within the warranty period.​

  • Claims related to manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.​

2. Warranty & Repairs

  • All equipment comes with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects, not general wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.​

  • For qualifying warranty issues, KSBN will repair or replace the defective part at no additional cost during the warranty period.

  • Consumables and wear-and-tear parts are not covered by warranty.

3. Service & Maintenance

  • For maintenance or repair outside warranty or due to normal wear and tear, KSBN offers paid servicing, replacement parts, or remote troubleshooting as needed.

4. Rare Returns (Accepted Only for Major Manufacturing Issues)

  • If a major issue is verified and the item cannot be repaired, KSBN will arrange return shipping and process a refund or replacement, at our discretion.​

  • Returned products must be in unused condition except for the reported defect and securely packed in original or equivalent packaging for safe transport.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once a return is authorized and the returned equipment is inspected and accepted, a refund is processed within 5 business days.​

  • After processing, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Initiating Claims or Support

  • For any issue, please contact us at administration@ksbn.co.in with your order details, issue description, and supporting photographs or videos.

  • For urgent situations, use the contact form on our website.

7. Shipping Responsibility

  • For authorized returns due to verified manufacturing faults, KSBN will arrange or reimburse for return shipping.

  • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for secure and insured return shipping.

KSBN reserves the right to decline returns, refunds, or warranty claims not meeting these conditions or arising from misuse, wear-and-tear, or unauthorized modifications.
